ARPP is a property investment organisation initiated by Bruce Watt in the early 1980's with the goal being to assist investors Australia wide. We evolved and grew out of a need for investors to have access to property investment specialists in all the fields involved with investing in property, including property finance, real estate investment specialists, rental management, insurance, quantity surveyors [depreciation] and accountants who specialise in investment properties.

ARPP liaises and assists in a smooth transition from property selection and purchase, finance and construction, right through to tenant selection and beyond.

Property Investment is a specialty field, most real estates are geared towards the owner occupier purchaser. The Real Estate agents way usually results in a much too heavily negative cash flow. Why?
